Spin/Sculpt – 30 minutes of rolling hills, intervals, sprints, climbs and runs on the bike followed by 30 minutes of low impact high intensity strength training.
Hot Yoga – relax your mind and increase flexibility in a hot setting typically 90-104 degrees
Hot Vinyasa Yoga – the practice of stringing postures together so that you move from one posture to another seamlessly while coordinating movement with breath. The room temperature ranges from 95-104 degrees.
Power Vinyasa Yoga – a powerful, energetic form of yoga where you move fluidly from one pose to the next while you connect breathing to your movements. This class is taught in a heated room which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical activity.
Body Sculpt – 45 minutes of low impact, high intensity strength training incorporating dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and your own body weight in circuits that include low impact cardio.
Spin – a heart pumping, non-stop rhythm based workout with a little bit of something for everyone. Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs and jumps all to music picked to motivate and inspire.
